At Galloway and Collens, PLLC, we offer quality representation and personal attention as we develop unique solutions to legal problems that impact seniors and their families. We help elders and their children make difficult decisions regarding estate planning, probate, nursing home care, financing for long-term care and end-of-life issues. Whether your case requires strong advocacy or reassuring guidance, our goal is to offer thoughtful, personalized attention in a comfortable environment.

As we age, we face new challenges, raising questions about how best to plan well, age well and, most importantly, live well. Questions such as What needs to be done so that my Mom and Dad can age comfortably at home? How do I find a caregiver? How do I know when it’s time for my parents or grandparents to move to a safer environment? Where do I find information on the best housing options?

Whether seniors live near or far away from their families, getting answers to these questions can make all the difference. ElderCare Solutions of Michigan’s approach starts by assessing an older adult’s needs and identifying the right solutions. From this assessment, we can help determine the right services that can truly make a difference, while working within your financial abilities to identify the best use of those services. Then our Care Managers stay involved, looking for changes and adjusting services as those needs change over time.

If you or someone you love is beginning to need help, ElderCare Solutions of Michigan can provide the solution. We’ve been helping families live well and have been giving them peace of mind since 1999.

Is a psychotherapist practicing privately in Birmingham Michigan. He has been providing individual and group psychotherapy to adults of all ages for 25 years. His 35 years of mental health experience encompasses every aspect of the field. After graduating with a master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 1984, he pursued seven years of apprenticeship-style training in individual and group psychotherapy.

In these years of working with individuals who entrust their emotional lives, and the lives of their family and friends to my care, he has become acutely aware of the tremendous privilege it is to provide these services.

As his client, you will be treated with the utmost respect, individuality, and professional skill (with thoughtful doses of humor to make facing and accepting painful realities easier.) His goal is to help you find real hope; and to help you develop the courage and strength to make the necessary changes to give you the life you deserve.

Individuals are seen by appointment and most insurance plans are accepted. If you are questioning the need for professional help, please contact his office at 586-321-0255.

We are a non-profit organization that offers education and support to individuals in the community who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia, as well as individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. We also raise funds to aid in the advancement of research, as well as advocate with local, state, and federal officials to advocate for those living with this disease and those loved ones affected. Some of our services include the 24/7 Harry L. Nelson Helpline, support groups, educational workshops, respite services, and care consultation.

We were established in 1906 in downtown Royal Oak to serve families in their time of need. 110 years later we still honor this tradition by helping families honor their loved one.

Our vision is to be a progressive and innovative leader in funeral and cremation services. We will continue to be family owned and operated and dedicated to the highest ethical standards while providing meaningful service to each family's individual needs.

We help families prepare with the concept that no family should come to our arrangement room uninformed for the decisions that need to be made at the time of a loved one's death. It is our goal to educate and assist our families to prepare for this eventual event. We want to help prepare a celebration of life rather than making a business decision at the time of need.

We help families by working with elder attorneys and financial advisors to assist in all forms of Pre Planning and Medicaid spend downs. Our goal is to serve families.

Every life is unique. Its celebration should be too.

Can you say ‘YES’ to the following?

I am out of the home for more than six hours a day

My pet has separation anxiety and cry’s or barks when I leave

My pet demands attention by nudging me

My pet jumps on me or visitors

    My pet has had accidents

If you answered yes to any of these, your pet could use a Pet Sitter. Whether you are going on vacation, will be out late or need daily service, a Pet Sitter can keep your pets company, calm their anxiety, feed them, exercise them and keep them on their regular schedule.
