It’s a decision no one should ever have to make, yet there are hundreds of older adults in our community who find themselves in this situation every month. And it’s not just finances they are struggling with. Some need help getting dressed. Some don’t feel safe using the stairs in their home. Some with out-of-state families feel isolated and depressed.

Every day, the staff at Jewish Family Service works to help older adults age in place safely and with their dignity intact. They do this by preventing utilities from being shut off. By providing homecare services. By sending a friendly visitor. And in so many other ways.
